NBA basketball player Shaquille O'Neal, paid the funeral expenses for little Shaniya Davis, the 5-year-old girl that was sold as a sex slave, raped and killed. That was nice of him.
No one can make sense of this terrible tragedy, as it is so incomprehensibly sad. Changes need to be made to the system, in honor of Shaniya, as a memorial to her that can save and protect other children from the same sorrows in life.

Basketball star Shaquille O'Neal has paid for the funeral of a 5-year-old North Carolina girl whose kidnapping and slaying garnered national news coverage. The Fayetteville Observer newspaper in North Carolina reported Thursday, Nov. 26, 2009, that the Cleveland Cavaliers player was touched by the case of Shaniya Davis.
